They say it's the inside that counts the most. Which is true until fall winds blow and Jack Frost starts nipping at our exposed heels. Suddenly a chic and protective outer layer is all that really matters, which is why i've been dreaming about which layer of cashmere, leather or fur i would most like to be in, since the fall collections hit the runways this year. And the worthy coats have finally hit the stores....
